In this course the focus will be inside the body and when you feel your body you will become aware of:
- the body's desire to move
- the body's ability to release tensions and blockages - so you can create freedom, balance and energy flow, and benefit from a greater health and joy of life.
Besides the dance and the rhythms there will be a lecture about self-care. During the course there will be opportunity to immerse in the unique nature, which Stensbæk is surrounded by.
We will also be working with Yin yoga exercises. Yin is a yoga type which consists of quiet, passive, long and deep fascia/connective tissue stretches which loosen tensions and affects the connective tissue, to regain flexibility and renders the body and soul with peace and time for inner reflexion.
