Yoga and relaxation with Vivi Falk Meyer
In Spring, Summer and Autumn we have yoga every Monday afternoon and Tuesday in the morning.
The purpose with this class is to slow down, listen to and feel your body. Vivi will guide you and show, how you can change your everyday habits and thoughts that lead to tension in the body. With this program, you can experience a feeling of positive energy.
The Yoga will be a little more than an hour, and then there will be relaxation.
You can come as a beginner or trained. Tourist and guests in the area are of course also welcome. Everybody is welcome.
Every Monday from April 9th 4.30 until 6 pm
Every Tuesday from April 10th 10 until 11.30 am
